We are two really chill girls who are going to be seniors this upcoming year and want two students to fill a large double room. The room is big enough for two double beds and even has two walk-in closets. The location is quiet. The rent includes water and trash and LAUNDRY is FREE! Living room area is big and furnished and kitchen is in terrific shape. There is a fenced in front and side yards that get great sun exposure in the afternoon and free parking in big driveway. We are studious during the week and enjoy going out with friends on the weekends. Searching for drama free people-preferably girls boys ok. You must know each other already to be even considered.
