In addition, the company also provides home cleaning services in Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia and Australia.The position for which you will be applying is based out of the Corporate Headquarters in Meridian, ID that is owned by Brad & Lisa Dionne. Brad and Lisa started their first Merry Maids office in Lynnwood, Washington in xxxx. In the following 25 years, 8 more locations have been acquired. Currently the other offices are located in Washington: Lynnwood, Lake Stevens and Spokane; California: El Cajon, Santa Ana, and Lawndale; Utah: Salt Lake City and Provo, and Idaho: Meridian. We hope you will join us on our World Class team. Job Description We currently operate nine Merry Maids franchised branches. We have a current opening for a Sales and Marketing Manager at our Headquarters in Meridian, ID. The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of our outside sales process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to developing and managing new sales and marketing strategies, recruiting, training, coaching, mentoring, and managing 9-15 Sales Associates located in Idaho, California, Washington, and Utah. This person is an integral part of the management team. Up to 50% travel is required. Main Responsibilities Achieving or exceeding sales goals Driving growth and improved customer service and sales to new and existing customers Utilizing effective selling skills and product knowledge to perform and close estimates with potential customers Establish and implement a comprehensive marketing plan and lead generation strategies Assist in creating marketing budget Recruit Sales Associates Demonstrate, train, and coach appropriate sales techniques Develop sales training material and sales training program Develop, monitor, and analyze sales metrics Work closely with Branch Managers in coaching and monitoring Sales Associates Work closely with Regional Manager, Controller, Customer Service Manager, and President with regards to the overall operations of the business
