Hospice Sales - Market Development Manager - Washington and Idaho in Meridian, Mississippi For Sale

The Hospice Market Development Manager provides leadership, motivation, and accountability to a high performing sales team through on-going sales coaching & education, strategic market analysis, and constructive feedback to ensure achievement of admit and census goals for assigned locations in the states of Washington and Idaho.Job Functions:Provides strong leadership and guidance to team members and demonstrates ability to hold self and others accountable to tasks and goalsMonitors and assesses progress and development of each territoryComplies and communicates best practices in the fieldContribute to the development of sales tools, processes, and policies to enhance market growth and sales performanceWork closely with Administrators and HRED to drive growth by focusing every team member on the needs and expectations of the referral community and patientsResponsible for oversight of PCR administration duties (CRM compliance, B of A Expenses, time sheets, strategic territory planner, PTO requests, email correspondence, etc.)Develop and Mentor PCRs in providing community education and in-services and conducting effective sales calls by utilizing appropriate tools and literatureResponsible for being a good steward of the company’s financial resources by projecting a return on monies spent and managing to a marketing expense budgetAssist the Hospice Regional Executive Director with special assignments as neededCollaborate with the Regional Market Development Director in the orientation and training of new PCRs within the region
