ENT:&#xxxx; We had one physician leave in xxxx to return to Alabama where his family lived. &#xxxx; There are currently three (3) ENT physicians in the community. &#xxxx; The two (2) competing physicians are in private practice and are both in their sixties.&#xxxx; An incoming physician could grow their pediatric business by communicating more effectively with the existing Pediatricians.&#xxxx; In addition to the already existing patient base, the infrastructure exists to establish an aggressive practice quickly, including a skilled, experienced staff, administrative support and technologically advanced equipment.&#xxxx; Draw area exceeds 450K.Structure&#xxxx; Incoming physician will be an employee of Rush Medical Group.&#xxxx; The physician will share office space with Dr. Bridges in the main medical center.&#xxxx; Physician will be able to have a full clinical practice (3 days) and 1-2 surgery days. OR time is blocked and Dr. Benson also performed a large quantity of in-office procedures, including tubes, scopes and lesion removal.&#xxxx; The practice will consist of one (1) fulltime Audiologist, one (1) fill in Audiologist (currently working part-time), shared front desk staff (2), fulltime, dedicated nurse and a full complement of business services offered through Rush Medical Group.&#xxxx; 1:4 call schedule.Financial OverviewCompensation - The financial package will be based on benchmarks set forth in the MGMA compensation survey. Target compensation will not exceed the 75th percentile.
